Gifts of Dosha Coaching

Most people are unaware of their elemental nature, or their doshic matrix. Unnecessarily and unintentionally, they create sub-health condition because of this. Within easy reach is an understanding of Ayurveda - the first life-style medicine - known as ‘the mother of all healing arts.” Ayurveda is 5000 years old, it is the science of life.

Ayurveda’s Tri-Doshic Philosophy expresses the simplicity and complexity of the five elements that govern life. The simple part is how earth, water, fire, air, and ether, naturally pair up and generate energies called Doshas. Earth and Water create Kapha Dosha, water and fire create Pitta Dosha, and air and ether create Vata Dosha. Tri - Dosha refers to the combined forces of Kapha, Pitta and Vata which exists in us and govern our mind and body - that’s the complex part.

Our coaching approach focuses on educating individuals about their Doshic matrix which is expressed in their constitution (Prakriti), as well as through the daily fluxuations of the elements within and around (Vrikriti). Dosha Coaching involves developing individual Dosha Informed Lifestyles, aimed at maintaining or re-establishing health and ensuring wellness throughout life.

Dosha Coaching is a journey of discovering your elemental nature and shaping those forces to express what’s essential, unique and satisfying to your soul.
